The main advantage of APM’s Hybrid Pressbrake is power saving of 60-70%. Due to the advanced performance of servo hydraulic system, there is hydraulic oil saving of 70% (Reducing pollution). Not only electricity and hydraulic oil cost will be reduced but Hybrid Pressbrake is also a environmental-friendly machine.
Another advantage is reduced noise levels: Compared to traditional hydraulic press brakes, CNC hybrid press brakes tend to generate less noise during operation, creating a quieter and more comfortable working environment. Our pressbrake is based on heavy duty solid welded frame. Each frame including the beam and backgauge arm is tempered for HRC 22-25. This is to guarantee the stability and accuracy of machine for long time of use.
The CNC controller is specifically design for HYBRID pressbrake and able to control up to 9 axes (Y1, Y2, 6 axes backgauge and crowning).
